WAHOOOOOOOOOO a TON of new and cool stuff has happened to me in the past couple of days! On Friday I was called in for an interview at a seafood place, I went for the interview, but the owner ended up being busy, and I knew that I would get hired the next day (when he told me to come in again) so I decided that since I knew that I was going to be leaving my current job soon, I'd go and ask out the guy I have been interested in at work. He's really nice, and very smart, cute as heck, and very handsome, I knew I had to grab him before I left. So, I asked him out on Friday, he said "yes" so now him and I are going on a double date with Emi and her boyfriend Tsukasa, I'm sooooo excited, but nervous at the same time, this is my first date ever, and I even warned him of that lol.
Next day, Saturday, I got called into Walleys for that interview and he gave me the job, I'll be getting more hours now, and a new experience! My new boss seems really nice and like he'd be a very practical, reasonable, and down-to-earth guy, thank goodness I am getting away from the non-communitave angry supervisors at my current job *sigh*. But that means now I have to leave all of my friends and cool co-workers, I'm gonna make sure and hang out with some of them outside of work, and hopefully Brandon (the date guy) and I will hit it off well, if not, it's not like my heart could hurt anymore after my first 4-year-long heartbreak.
Last thing, I got my drivers licence finally too! Only now... no car... *sigh* oh well, that's what I'm saving up for this summer, cuz I'll be working full time *is shocked* that's kinda scary hearing me say full time towards myself lol.
I've decided that I really wanna get a layered n' choppy hair cut before I go to Japan, a cute with a lot of random layers, like a rocker, only without the bleached split ends lol. I've also downloaded Ayumi Hamasaki's official recording and PV of her new song "STEP you" and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with this song. For a while there, it looked like Ayu was going downhill really bad, the PV isn't terribly original, but it was really well made and the outfits are totally cool and she looks uber good too! The black outfit she wears, makes her look like Madonna, but that's a good thing, she should wear stuff like that more often! I can't wait to see the PV in DVD quality, but I usually wait till the releases and album with a DVD instead of buying the CD+DVD combo, that's $20 for a single... too pricy for me!

Yay! Sakura-con happened! The convention was a total sucess! I didn't finish my Creamy Mami costume, but my Ayumi costume went well and I was surprized by how many people actually knew who I was. I had a lot of scary hentai guys making cat noises around me, and one was kinda following me around *shivers*, I guess I was hot stuff lol. I went to the Angela concert, and I met the band, they were really nice, I got a picture with them and I was first in line to get their autograph on their CD cuz I left their concert early by about 3 minutes lol. I participated in the karaoke contest and sang Ayumi Hamasaki's song "a song is born" I didn't win, but the group that won last year won again, and totally deserved it! They do really well each year *claps for them*. I was really upset that I didn't get any form of award, considering that there were like 9 awards and 25 participants *sigh* oh well, I'm not quitting till every record company tells me I suck! I met a lot of people including a H!P group (cosplay), they were all really nice and they are all within about 20miles of me! We were discussing how it would be cool to dress up as Mini Moni together next year. I also met the director of "Fruits Basket" I talked to him for a bit, he's really nice, and he's working on a new anime series, it's a secret, but it's really good and dark, that'll all I'll say, look forward to it! He gave Emi a lot of good advice about her manga and he was impressed with it too. At Sakura-con this year I had to be really thrifty because I only had $100 with me, but I did end up going $25 over with plastic, that's gonna hurt a little bit later. I bought the CLAMP X/1999 Zero book, I've wanted it for sooooooo long, but it was so expensive $54 O__O, then I got a Morning Musume shitajiki board, a X/1999 Kamui plushie, a plushie that I thought was Yomi from Azumanga Daioh, but she's from "To Heart" oh well, it's still cute ^o^. Also... a Sakura-con 2005 T-shirt, a "Maria-sama ga Miteru" poster, a "Zwei" poster (I couldn't believe they had one! This band isn't even that well known yet O__O). I think that's it... oh and Angela's first album, so they could sign it, also cuz I love their music after I heard them at the concert, before I had only heard one song by them "End of the World" it's still my fave song by them so far. I gave them some encouraging words on their website, I hope they do well! I accidentally asked them a inappropreate question during their interview before the concert, I asked them if they had ever dated or if they were married like Keiko and TK of globe lol. Asami just kinda stared at the croud for a bit and I asked "Daijoubu" (is that O.K.?) and she said "no" and her answer was "once at a carnival because I had no one else to go with" lol. Oh well, I applogized and they forgave *eeeeeek*.
After the con I had to go and work on Sunday, I was soooooooo tired after that, and I think I ended up being really rude to this guy that I like at work, he's sooooo nice and handsome, I hope he can forgive me, I was PMSing too, my period came Saturday morning when I woke up at the convention, I thought to myself "crap" but Emi was nice and walked with me to the 7 11 near the hotel, we walked in our PJ's and had some nice conversations while waiting in line to get some Angela tickets. I think that was actually one of my favorite parts of Saturday, because the air was fresh, it was a lovely morning we were just being ourselves like old times, it was the first time I got to spend any time with her a lone in almost a year, it was nice...
This week is my spring break, so I'm chilling out, I've been watching "Kodomo no Omocha" my friend Victoria at my work let me borrow the whole series and boy I tell you it's one of the funniest anime ever! I've joined a bunch of new forums, and I hope to get started on my website today, it's soooooooo neglected it's pathetic, I just haven't had the motivation, time, energy, etc to do anything with it, but now that I have time, I'm ready for it!
